Some pyridazinone derivatives reduced inflammation by inhibiting PDE-IV enzyme and acted as anti-inflammatory agents. The new pyridazinone derivatives will be more suitable than the currently developed pyridazinone compounds for future studies and could be developed as more safe anti-inflammatory drugs for humans.
