Urgency of the research is driven by the need to solve the problems of integral socialization-individualization of children with speech disorders in the theory and practice of pre-primary education. The purpose of the present research<strong> </strong>was to deal with the problems of integral socialization-individualization of preschoolers of over five years old with speech disorders in motor activity. The study engaged 100 older preschoolers with a normal level of speech development and 100 over-five group with speech disorders attending compensatory and combined groups of preschool educational organizations in Belgorod. The assessment of the results of testing motor abilities has shown that children with speech disorders have an insufficient level of their development. Low indices have been obtained for motor-coordinating abilities (accuracy – nonsufficient level in 100% of girls and boys; dexterity – in 68.2% of boys and 71.4% of girls), involving strength abilities (in 70.5% of boys and in 72, 3% of girls), tolerance (77.3% of boys and 75% of girls). Qualitative and quantitative analyses of the results of self-assessment of motor abilities of preschoolers with speech disorders revealed inadequately exaggerated self-assessment and overestimation of their abilities in motor activity with peers in 30% of children. 21% of children with speech disorders had inadequately negative self-feeling, lack of self-confidence, showed shyness and timidity.

The success of socialization of children with disabilities is determined by a sufficient level of formation of speech activity. Ideas about difficulties in mastering the language and speech abilities of children with developmental disabilities that hinder their successful socialization serve as the basis for optimizing the learning and upbringing process. The purpose of the article is to consider the features of speech development of students with disabilities and determine the main directions of correctional work based on an interdisciplinary approach. The methodological basis of the study was interdisciplinary, systematic, activity-based, complex and individually differentiated, aiming at the development and improvement of speech among students with disabilities. The data obtained from the study of the speech capabilities of children with disabilities of different nosological groups indicated that they had violations of the formation of various components of the language system that affected the process of speech communication necessary for adaptation, integration and socialization. There was the need to create a correctional speech therapy work with an interdisciplinary nature, containing technologies, methods and techniques aimed at developing the speech of students with disabilities. Based on the results of this study, the directions of correctional speech therapy work, i.e., diagnostic and prognostic, software design, organizational and procedural, advisory and educational, were proposed, revealing the specifics of an interdisciplinary approach that allows optimizing the process of speech development of students with sensory, speech disorders, and mental retardation.

The increase of immunodeficiency situations such as HIV and cancer is stemmed from the expansion of fungal infections due to the genus <em>Candida</em>. Although <em>Candida albicans</em> remains the most widespread species in pathogenic isolates, its epidemiological impact in human infectiology has declined in favor of new emerging species of <em>Candida</em> refractory to conventional treatment. Faced with this situation, we decided to contribute to the development of some imidazo [1,2-<em>a</em>] pyridinyl-arylacrylonitriles, as potential new anticandidosics. We proposed the design by molecular hybridization and the synthesis of some imidazo [1,2-<em>a</em>]pyridinyl-arylacrylonitriles following a Knoevenagel condensation reaction between aldehydes and various arylacetonitriles. Furthermore, we carried out the evaluation of the antifungal activities of these hybrid derivatives against <em>Candida albicans</em>, <em>Candida tropicalis</em> and <em>Candida glabrata</em> using the microplate dilution methodology. In the end, imidazo[1,2-<em>a</em>]pyridinyl-arylacrylonitriles turned out to be molecules with strong antifungal activities. The best anticandidosis profile on the three <em>Candida</em> species tested was obtained with the 3-chlorinated compound (<strong>5</strong>), the MICs of which varied between 357.5 - 0.52 µM. Likewise, the doubly modulated derivative (<strong>3c</strong>),<strong> </strong>was particularly illustrated by its good efficacy against <em>Candida tropicalis</em>. These two best compounds<strong> </strong>can be proposed as the "hit molecules" for further pharmacomodulations in order to have a drug candidate for anticandidosis purpose.

Hypertension is a medical problem during pregnancy and one of the types of hypertensions during pregnancy is eclampsia-preeclampsia. The aim of this study was to compare inflammatory markers between women with eclampsia - preeclampsia and pregnant women with normal blood pressure admitted to the gynecology ward of Shahada Tarnish and Mehrieh hospitals in 1998-99. This descriptive-analytical study was performed with a cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of all patients diagnosed with eclampsia-preeclampsia and pregnant mothers in Shohada-e-Tajrish and Mahdieh Hospitals in Tehran during 2019 to 2020. The study sample consisted of 400 patients who were selected by convenience or convenience sampling method and 200 patients with a diagnosis of eclampsia-preeclampsia were in the experimental group and 200 pregnant women were in the control group. The subjects completed pre-prepared forms for study variables, i.e. information on maternal age, maternal weight, infant weight, gestational age, neutrophil count and lymphocytes. To analyze the collected data, tests such as Pearson correlation coefficient and independent t-test were used and analyzed by SPSS software version 23. The results showed that a statistically significant difference was found between NLR and PLR MPV. Finally, the results of this study showed that platelet count; MPV, NLR, PLR were significantly different in the two groups of preeclampsia patients and pregnant women with normal blood pressure and that these indicators can be used to predict preeclampsia.

Prolonged postoperative ileus can delay hospital discharge. According to the reports, diet and in particular gummy candy may strengthen bowel movements and hence eliminate ileus.<strong> </strong>A total of 149 patients within the age range of 7-60 years who underwent laparotomy were randomly divided into the experimental group that were treated with gummy candy and the control group which included 73 patients. The experimental group chewed gummy candy four times a day, hours after operation until the first flatulence. The patients in the both groups were checked for bowel movement and flatulence every two hours and it was recorded precisely. Both groups were also divided into 3 subgroups based on surgical incision. On average, the first recorded bowel sound was 10.78 ± 7.66 hours after the surgery. In addition, the first flatulence was recorded on average 2.51 ± 14.32 hours after the surgery. The mean time of hospitalization in both groups was 104.21±7 57.85 hours. The mean duration between the surgical end time, the first recorded bowel sound and the time to first flatulence was significantly lower in the experimental group compared with the control group.

Coumarin chemical nucleus is a gift awarded from nature to humanity. The multifarious derivatives and the broad range of their bio-medicinal potentials are the basis for this description. In the last several decades, though numerous coumarin-based products have been primarily separated from their biological origins, the laboratory synthesis of the coumarins is developing. Various synthetic trails namely Knoevenagel, Claisen, Perkin, Pechmann, Wittig, and Reformatsky have been reported. Several advanced innovations have been created to maximize yield, minimize overall reaction time, avoid side products, and make synthetic reactions environmentally friendly. These include the employment of ultrasonic, microwave, and solvent-free conditions. This brief review focuses on the classic methods for synthesizing coumarins, and the advantages derived from the use of creative catalytic tools.

In this paper, two copper(II) complexes based on maleic acid ligand, namely [Cu(MA)2(H2O)2] (<strong>1</strong>) and [-{(H2O)4Cu2}(μ-MA)]n (<strong>2</strong>) have been synthesized from the reaction of CuCl2 and maleic acid in aqueous solution and characterized by CHN, FT-IR, XRD and TGA. In addition, from the calcination of theses complexes at 600 °C for 3 h in air atmosphere, CuO particles were prepared and characterized by FT-IR, XRD and SEM. Furthermore, antibacterial activity of them were tested against two Gram-positive (<em>S. aureus</em> and <em>B. cereus</em>) and two Gram-negative (<em>E. coli</em> and <em>P. aeruginosa</em>) strains. Results shows that the complexes <strong>1</strong> and <strong>2</strong> exhibit enhanced antibacterial activity than CuO particles.

This retrospective case-control study was conducted on 818 consecutive patients suffering acute coronary syndrome and underwent coronary stenting and referred to Rajaie Cardiovascular Medical and Research Center due to being suspicion to ISR. By referring to patients' clinical records as well as accessing their angiographic movie via the Cath lab computer system, patients who had ISR over a two-year period were identified from other patients who did not have re-stenosis. Overall, 19.1% were diagnosed to have ISR within a two-year following-up. However, there was no difference in NLR and PLR across the two ISR (+) and ISR (-) groups. In ISR group, the serum levels of ESR and CRP were significantly higher in smokers versus non-smokers, in diabetics versus non-diabetics, and also in those with chronic kidney disease as compared with those without kidney involvement. The levels of inflammatory indices of ESR and CRP were positively associated with the length of stent and negatively associated with the diameter of stent. Assessing the levels of ESR and CRP can successfully predict ISR in the patients initially undergoing coronary stenting. Such predicting role may be influenced by the interfering role of some cardiovascular risk factors such as smoking, diabetes mellitus, and chronic renal failure.

The present study was a cross-sectional investigation carried out on elderly patients under chronic hemodialysis who referred to Firoozabadi Hospital during 2019- 2020. The study population was 80 patients ≥ 60 years. The patients’ cognitive status was determined using MMSE and MOCA tools. The mean age of the candidate patients was 71.71 ± 6.28 years old. Cognitive function was assessed by MMSE and MoCA tests and the mean score of the MMSE test was 20.05 ± 3.50 with the highest score being 26 and the lowest score being 12. Based on the results, these patients were divided into three groups with normal cognitive function, mild cognitive impairment, and severe cognitive impairment. According to the results of the MMSE test, 19 patients (23.75%) had a normal cognitive function and 45 patients (56.25%) had impairment. In other words, the older patients, the lower level of education, the longer duration of hemodialysis, and the patients with a history of diabetes were more susceptible to cognitive impairment. Subsequently, there was a positive correlation between the levels of BUN, creatinine, uric acid, and PTH, which means that the higher level of these variables in patients was related to the higher risk of cognitive impairment. The findings of the present investigation revealed that the cognitive function and the studied variables including age, level of education, history of diabetes, hemodialysis duration, BUN, Creatinine, Uric Acid, PTH, Sodium, and Kt/V had a significant difference in patients undergoing hemodialysis.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the drug on children and their lifespan by compiling a clinical guide. The comparative method was multi-stage. The statistical population in this study was the people in the focus group and nurses working in the pediatric ward of hospitals affiliated to Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, Shahid Beheshti Medical Sciences of Tehran, Shiraz Medical Sciences, Isfahan Medical Sciences and Birjand Medical Sciences. Convenient and available sampling method was available as many as 100 people. The data collection instrument was a three-part questionnaire, including pre-mortem, in-child and post-mortem care. Responses were calculated using a round scale from inappropriate to appropriate with a score of one to nine. The content validity method was used to confirm the validity of the questionnaire and the round fit method technique was used for checking the reliability. The results of this study provided nurses with appropriate guidance to make more informed decisions regarding the challenges of providing nursing care in the later stages of children's lives and supporting parents and other family members, and to improve the quality-of-service delivery.
